Submission Terms & Conditions
By submitting your story to Banshee FM, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, distribute, and display your story, in whole or in part, across all media platforms, including but not limited to video, podcasts, marketing materials, and live performances.
You acknowledge that your submission may be edited for clarity, length, or format without your prior approval, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final version. You further represent that you are the original creator of the story and that its submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party. By submitting, you waive any claims for compensation, royalties, or other payment arising from our use of your story.
